Company History

Since the 1960’s, Southwest Truck Service has continued to service an ever-growing list of distinguished customers. Southwest has expanded to become one of California’s successful contract refrigerated carriers during its fifty years of dedicated service. Originally Central Coast Truck Service, the company transported general commodities to and from the major markets of California. In the last two decades, Southwest Truck Service expanded to the interstate movement of retail grocery merchandise and exempt product from the agricultural regions of the Western states. We are fortunate that so many of our high-valued customers have contracted our services consistently since the 1960s. These renowned shippers, processors and retail grocery chains are some of the largest and most successful in the United States and thus, we are proud to have built enduring and mutually historic beneficial relationships.

With an annual movement of over 25,000 truckload shipments, our customers have come to rely on the dependability that Southwest Truck Service provides.
