Southwest Logistics load rates are competitive in the industry.

• Compensation is based on a per load basis
• 90% no-touch freight

Settlements:

Southwest Logistics Services settles with its contractors each week. Required paperwork must be complete and submitted before Wednesday 12:00 PM to be paid the following Wednesday.

Requirements

Tractor Requirements:

• Model 2005 or later 3 axle tractor
• Tractor able to pass a complete DOT inspection

Trailer Requirements:

• Model 2005 or later Refrigerated Trailer
• 53' X 102' Refrigerated Trailers
• Trailer able to pass a complete DOT inspection

Documents Required:

Intrastate:(CA)

• Current Motor Carrier Permit
• Proof of CHP BIT Program Enrollment
• Proof of Controlled Substances, Alcohol & Testing Program Enrollment
• Complete W-9 Form

Interstate:

• Federal Highway Administration ICC MC#
• US DOT#
• Current Motor Carrier Permit (Intrastate Hauling)
• CHP BIT Program (Intrastate Hauling)
• Proof of Controlled Substances, Alcohol & Testing Program Enrollment
• Complete W-9 Form

Minimum Insurance Requirements:

Certificate of Insurance

• 1,000,000 CSL Auto Liability
• 100,000 Cargo Insurance
• With refrigeration endorsement shown on Certificate of Insurance
• Additional Insured Endorsement for Liability & Cargo
• 50,000 Unidentified Trailer (non-owned) if leasing trailer
